The Office of Community Engagement and Outreach recently featured our upgraded Augmented Reality Sandbox on their website and newsletter. We received our initial funding for the project in the summer of 2017 and over the course of the year have taught about 3,000 students, teachers, and community members about topography, mapping, and physical geography using the AR Sandbox.
